hi there my pad on my laptop has stopped working and the 2 keys i dont know how ive done this ive been in touch with the makers they carnt do it fix the problem i meen can you help my laptop is a samsung r60 plus run on windows vista its driving me mad ive trieyd everything and it does not work i turned it off myself dont know how i did so its not broke its just me im thick ...........please help me?.........................
