there are 2 ajustment screws by the choke. they need to be ajusted. one has a l by it the other a h. i'm assuming they mean high and low. how do i ajust them
Gently turn both screws fully in, and then turn them back out again one turn. This should be fine to get the machine running. Once running and warmed up, adjust the L screw a fraction either way to get a reliable tickover.
