How to fix a mixer tap in the kitchen?

Hi, I have a problem with a mixer tap in the kitchen. The top part of the spout, where the small round mesh goes has all come out & the water is spurting out.Does a plumber have to fix this problem.Any information would be appreciated. Thank You. Narelle.

No but try super glue it might hold it in. You would never get a plumber to come out or if he did you'd be paying a 'call out charge' and he'd want to change the tap. Plus you have the question in the wrong section for replies from plumbers unless your kitchen is on the roof.
