Can't really help on this, but I have had the same model for 18 months and for the last nine months the touch screen has not been responding (intermittently). Now its most of the time. This model must have some kind of design fault. Am threatening Halfords with the small claims court, on grounds that the device is rubbish (Sale of Goods Act & all that).
