my electric garador garage door will fully open but will only close three quarter can anyone tell me how to reset the door soo it closes fully

With door open.
Unplug power to opener
hold program button whilst putting plug back in
release program button when C appears
press close button
(door will close then open again)
press close again
when door has closed press open
