Bosch classixx washing machine?

The conditioner drawer is not emptying, when I clean the drawer and the holes at the top where the drawers fits into then is ok for about 3 or 4 washes then it happens again. Any ideas please

the inlet valve is not letting the water in fast enough its probably trickeling in. change the inlet valve.
