as the cover won't keep closed, it dosen't have any spring type to hold it. so when I try to print on a CD an error comes up to say the door is still closed.it maybe something to do with a small plastic part that fell out and i don't know how or where it came from. if I could see an exsploded view of the printer maybe I could repair
