Further to a similar question on this unit my water heater seems to remain permanently on even though the timer is off. I have a Heatrae Sadia Megaflo unit. Any assistance out their?

Is this an Immersion Heated unit, or an Oil or Gas Boiler?, if oil or Gas I would sugest the Motorised valve is stuck or the aux switch in the valve actuator is faulty You shoud hold a G3 Certificate to work on an Unvented Cylinder to comply with regulations, as failure to understand these units can have very serious results!!
