my phone got wet in the rain and turns on and everything but the touch screen isn't working, so how can i fix it?? :S

If the circuit board is corroded (which it probably is) you'll need a new circuit board.
Mobile phones aren't designed to be used in the rain. You wouldn't use a laptop computer in the rain, would you?
