The drum is making a lot of noise when the machine spins and looks like a lot of movement

check how much up/down movement the inner drum has, if lots the bearings have gone, need to be replaced this is a MAJOR REPAIR due to the amount of strip down required, then the rebuild after
remember machines are built at the factory from the drum up hence the lots of bits to remove to get to the bearings
