did a wash in machine yesterday morning. went to put second wash on but would start. tried to rest programme but it is stuck on a programme of 2.01hr which i never use. will not reset and not stating any error on display. when press any button it flashes up err but on code and goes back to time of programme of 2.01 if there an other way to reset manchine. ie: if i remove lid or something?
