My ferroli boiler is not firing up & we cannot get any hot water. ?

It has been reset but still no joy, the diagram seems to show that it is calling for water but there are no taps on anywhere.

This is not the frist time the boiler has not worked & it only 18 months old!!! it does not seem the best!!

no your boiler is not the best, anyway dose your heating work if yes then its your d/valve or your NTC sat, if your heating not working as well then you have to check what not working , start pump, flow switch, fan, air switch, spark good luck
