strong bleach, over night lots of it , for as long as it takes

Green pan scourer to start with - rubber gloves perhaps

Limescale remover overnight

Caustic soda (relatively mild solution) if desperate

Repeat from the beginning with lots of hard work - do not necessarily expect an instant fix.
