How can I fix my Kenmore 80 series washer model #110.28803890?

I am being led to believe that the suspension springs are going bad, or ARE bad. It klunks loud when it is in SPIN CYCLE. If I use a SMALL LOAD is seems to be ok, but the bigger the load the louder it gets.

Hello,

Besides being not level, the knocking could be caused by worn suspension plate pads, the ballast basket ring on the outside of the basket near the top and the suspension springs as you mentioned, one or more could be broken or just fell off.
