Worcester bosch highflow 400 combi boiler NOT working?

There is no water or heating in my flat.....the black arrow on the pressure gauge is at around 1.5....( it was much higher before I released the pressure from the radiators in the flat).

When I turned on the water, the 'demand' light turns green but no hot water.... and the radiators remain cold...

Please help....thanking in advance,

My boiler wasn't working this morning. No heating or hot water. I noticed that the pressure on the radiator side was a bit low and so filled that up to 1 Bar - no change. I then saw these posts here and tried pressed the reset buttons under the front control panel as recommended by Darren. Now it's working fine - definitely worth a try before you do anything else!

I Used to work for Worcester Bosch and 9 times out of 10 it was the water to water heat exchanger scaled up or blocked on these boilers. The heat backs up and trips out the overheat stat. It's no easy job. You have to remove a lot of other parts to get to it - jim73 www.ashfordgas.co.uk

This boiler has reset buttons located under the front control panel, take the front cover off by simply lifting it. the buttons are under the top control panel they are red in colour and in the shape of a cross push them up flush with the button and it should fire up.
If they pop down after a short time its probably the pump that is faulty

you might find the there is air lock in the pump or it has stuck
