Water Filter Tap Wont Turn Off Properly?

I have a Tecnik water filter mixer tap. The separate water filter tap will only turn off if you push the tap in with pressure and turn it closed, otherwise it just keeps turning and the water only slightly slows down. Anyone any ideas?

Too late for the original question, but may help people who come here from search:
From the Web site below (I haven't done this myself):
If your water filter tap is dripping from the end of the spout (where the water come out from normally) then it is likely that you will need to replace the side valve.
