I have a built-in Neff microwave - about 18 months old. Recently noticed that the turntable does not turn, but is otherwise working OK. The turntable is not jammed and the ring with the wheels on is clear. It is just that the central spindle which the plate sits on just does not turn. Do i need t call ann engineer o fix this?
