The Error E210 keeps on popping up everytime i turn on the copier. This problem did not comes out before i did a shrink from A3 to A4 size. When i change the scale, the copies that came out were all blur and i thought that it was because the lens didn't get sufficient warm up thus i turn of the copier and turn it back on and that when the error started to come out.

The lens isn't moving correctly.
Check nothing is stopping it, Check it is finding home position. Drive motors are prone to failure
