brake pedal has gone hard and brakes stopped working transit?

my brake pedal have gone hard and brakes are not working properly happened really suddenly on a transit 190 p plate

check black vacume pipe that is attach to servo master cylinder were you top up the brake fluid pull pipe off with engine running put thube over end of pipe if there is no suckion step1) remove pipe and check for blockage pipe connects to pump on back of alternater if no blockage in pipe remove pump and check internal blades if blades are broken this may of caused blockage if so replace pump clear any debry connect pipe to servo start engine brake peddel should depress and brakes should work normally. hope this is of some help.

check alternator belt is still on! if not vacuum system needs checking- pump/servo/pipe?
