I have had my mp3 player a short while and when I was tranferring mp3s onto it from my computer it stopped and when I try to get onto my music on my mp3 player it says disk error and the only faciltiy I am able to access is the radio. I bought my mp3 player off ebay from a Hong Kong power seller and it is 1GB and contains a Samsung chip.

Have you tried to format the MP3 player plug in MP3 player to PC then go into my computer and right click on removable disk(F) and an option for format should come up click on format and another window will open then select quick format. I seem to have got rid of disk error sign on my MP3 player by doing that and then I had to start all over again adding new tunes I hope it solves your problem.
