Why do all the door locks not lock on my Citroen Dispatch van?

I have just bought the van & the keys simply spin round in the locks... Please help!

I think i need to change the locks but can anyone tell me how to do it. We have other locks from an older dispatch which we can use. Cheers

Phil's advise was great...stripped the offending locks...care with ball bearings - (mine had 3 in total)..re oil...nipped ends...re-assembled..perfect..many thanks! ps 2 other locks freed up with wd40 so try oil 1st.

I resolved this problem on my dispatch lock yesterday, all 5 just span round, stripped drivers door down and removed lock from handle, took plastic back piece off the back of the lock and slid out the rest. 2 ball bearings can fall out so do it on a flat surface. when the lock is all stripped, insert the key and the pointed end of the key shows thru the lock. That the problem, when the key is fully inserted, it should push the lock inside forwards but the end at the back of the lock has flared out and doesnt grap the key. I gently squeezed the gap smaller and then when i put the key in, the lock shunted forward. I WD40`d the locks to clear all the filth and re-greased, put all the locks back together and i have 5 working locks.

try wd40 into locks first. if it still spins you need to replace locks.
