How can I fix my Karcher K3.91 pressure washer?

My Karcher K3.91 pressure washer started to surge or hunt when I switched it on and there was very little pressure then it stopped altogether, now it will not even start, everything appears dead.Have checked the fuse and the power supply to it and no problems there,so if anyone can help with this and give info on how to strip it down it will be greatly appreciated.my thanks in advance.

my powercraft 7944 seems to have lost it's pressure, only trickles out water, machine bought from aldi 2 years ago, spoke to cleanerworld and they told me it would be £90 pounds to repair as i have lost the reciept of purchase, i have only used the washer 3 times and kept it indoors for the time i have had it.
has anyone any ideas what may be wrong as there is no pressure.

I have a Powercraft branded one, ex Aldi. Not used a lot, but started to 'hunt' (the technical term for pulsing, it seems!) leaked from underneath, and low pressure from lance. I was set to investigate, then realised this has a 3 year guarantee, so called up Cleanerworld in Oxford who are UK agents.
I was told to take it to a named 'local' repairshop (actually 16 miles away ...4 trips, £10 in petrol) who told me that 'the cylinder head had gone'.
Couldn't elaborate on that for me (on a car it might be twisted, cracked, gasket blown etc.) Was it through (inadvertent) mis-operation, I wondered? No, his assessment was that 'They're made to a price; thrown together ...and it's a matter of luck whether or not they fail'.
Cleanerworld also later responded to an email I'd sent a week earlier, saying that if I packed the machine in original box, they'd have it collected and repaired. Had they responded earlier I wouldn't have phoned and ended up taking it in myself. Maybe luck comes into their after-sales processes too?

1.Ensure the machine in not connected to a electricity suppy
2.Remove black high-pressure hose
3.Connect garden hose to machine. (Using a free flow connector)
4.Turn on outside tap.
5.Leave water to run through machine for 5 minutes
6.Connct black high-pressure hose
7.Use trigger gun to draw water through hose and into gun and jet pipe
8.Connect machine back to electricty supply
9.Turn machine on from the electric control box
10.By operating your trigger gun the machine should now be working correctly
The hose from the mains water supply should be at least 25ft long and uncoiled.

Sorry to say I have no answer, but I do have exactly the same problem as you have with your washer, it seems like it's a common fault. I thought I was buying the best but sadly I was mistaken.
