how can i fix my frost free freezer its freezing the food in the fridge?

my bosch classixx frost free fridge freezer keeps freezing the food in the bottom of the fridge how can i stop this happening

try defrosting the fridge as the drain hole could be blocked and the water cant get away when it does a normal defrost and the ice just builds up.
