Samsung ER-150 - I need help programming my till??

Hi there,
I have just bought a 2nd hand Samsung ER-150, I have downloaded the manual - unfortunately I don't actually understand how to programme it!! Does anyone know what N1 N2 N3 etc refer to. I really only want to set the tax rate and learn how to turn the receipt off!!
