I've resently done the same for my F60, Sent to toshiba after calling them on 0127669400 (office hours). They were very helpful sent out box to collect it. That's when the fun started, they wont quote over the phone, so had to send it on proviso that if I didn't have it repaired then it would cost £21 for inspecting it. I have just received the bill! £60 for screen (fair enough) £45 for fitting it (1 hour work) bollox can be done in 10 min - and then 10.50 P&P that they never advised of in the first place. Total bill £109.54 ouch...

My advice would be to call and just order the screen (can't be more than £65 including P&P) and then fix it yourself, or get a mate handy with electronics to do it. I fixed an Ipod screen a few months ago, and okay it took me an hour or so but it works.

I now feel as though I've been conned into paying £109 as they now wont send me just the screen without 10.50p&p plus £21 for not accepting the estimate... total £91.50, they might as well fix it for the additional £17.50.
