Can anyone advise me where I can get a service manual for the Bissell 7290 Oxy-Pro carpet cleaner; the one with the bank of lights on the front, please.

I have a problem with the solution distribution, the machine pumps water with no problem but will not pump from the Smart-Mix bottle.
