How to get replacement parts for Scunci Steam Cleaner SS-1000?

I am trying to order a new upholstery nozzle for my Scunci Steam Cleaner SS-1000. Does anyone have a source for replacement parts? If not, any suggestions for a good glue to reattach the nozzle to the wand?
