No sound from Radio?

Bought a car with a Goodmans GCE2815PLL CD/Radio.
Display lights up when radio turned on and all buttons seem to work. Speakers hiss when volume high but no radio or CD sound. Can anyone advise and does this radio have a code.

the problem is you brought a goodman radio they are the poorest quality radios on the market ......bin it now ....you will eventually !!
