Hotpoint Ultima Washing Machine. WF860P. Fault?

At the end of the cycle it has stopped 1min from the end and will not drain or allow me to open the door. I've tried turning it off at the mains and rerunning it but it still gets stuck 1 min from the end of the cycle. Any suggestions as what to do.
