How can I fix my Lexmark Z12 Printer?
On installing a replacement cartridge on the Lexmark Z12, I get the following error message:-
Please verify that you have removed the tape from your print cartridge, and that it has been firmly snapped into place. Confirm the settings, then click Ok.
The cartridge is most definitely snapped in place and there is no tape!
On clicking Ok I get no ink on the paper during the cartridge alignment and printhead cleaning cycles!
