The 1220c is an excellent printer for normal 80gsm paper, but try feeding glossy photo paper and it fails to grip and feed the paper. The printer then 'prints into thin air' and not the paper.

I suspect that the feed rollers have become dirty and glazed over, but how do I get to them to clean the rollers? Is there another solution out there?

you have to learn how to take it apart and clean it like I did,better yet,sell it to me ok?
