what should i look for to solve the problrm

I have the same problem and am grateful for the advice I read but would add a caution that it would be wise to disconnect the power supply first. I am about to see if the advice solves my problem and will report back.

pull the filters out and get a small cup and bucket bail out as much water out then use a sponge to remove the rest. now there should be a screw on the LH side remove that screw and the cover now the pump impella should be visable check for broken glass or something jamming the pump. clear the pump and reassemble the pump.if its still not working check the drain hose under the sink....hope this helps .......let me know what u find............
