My internet connection is down on my home computer and when I contacted my service provider I was told that the “RPC is unavailable”, therefore the modem cannot communicate with my computer. How can I fix this without losing any of my files? I’ve also noticed that other programs aren’t running the way they’re supposed to. Will you help me, PLEASE?? My computer is only 1 – ½ years old.
My free antivirus AVAST frequently stops working and I receive a message:"the subsystem AAVM detected an error
of RPC". Please, what can I do to fix it? Thank you, Nadia (Brasil)
