Wooden windows with external UPVC covering ?

The UPVC has come loose. It is held on by plastic wing clips, screwed to the wooden frame. The wings on the clips have broken off. Can these clips be purchased somewhere.

The only information on the windows, are that the handles have SCHNEIDER STIMPFACH and GS or G5, engraved on them
