i have a w reg partner van the engine managment light is on i have had the code read and it says there is no pressure on the fuel rail the van will start and tick over but not for very long when it cuts out if you try to turn it over it will not start but if you take the key out and try again it will start sorry forgot to mention when the mechanic turned the light of i drove it around the block no probs then it just broke down again so if you can help me

hi thanks the problem was the pressure regulator on the the diesel pump it was reading 100 bar pressure when you first turned the key and when the pressure dropped the engine would cut out got a regulator from a 407 hdi engine the regulator are preety much the same on all the hdi engines many thanks for your help
