My Panasonic fax machine KX-FHD331 will not take in the sheets of plain paper from the "recording paper entrance". Therefore, I cannot print out faxes. If I hand feed a single sheet, I can get it to take the paper and it then prints out about half a page and then jams up.I get a "paper jam" message. I clear the paper jam and this continues to happen. Interesting enough, if I request a journal/report/phone call log, it will print out just fine without trouble. I cleaned all the rubber rollers and parts with alcohol and this did not help.
