Bosch Exxcel Washing machine with error code F16?

Hi there, My washing machine is showing the error code F16. How can I fix this? Maybe I need to clean the filter, but I'm not sure how to access it, although I think it may be the panel at the base of the washing machine. Unfortunately I can't find the manual at the moment! Many thanks

I´m having the same problem and im sure that the door is closed because it locks so what can it be ? I tried to call bosch to make an appointment but the next available date is in 2 weeks time !!??
