hi if you forget the phone lock code then try default codes like 0000 or 1234 to reset it .if it didn't help you then visit http://www.unlock-free.com/nokia-master/ here they generate codes to reset your mobile at free of cost .they provide master reset codes for some nokia and alcatel mobile models.

Failing that did you change it from the factory default and if not what handset is it?
