CD PLAYER READS ERROR 1 ON LEXUS RX330?

My Car CD player reads ERROR 1 everytime I insert a CD even a CD cleaner disc. I have tried disconecting my battery for 10 minutes... And other FIY ideas for me?

Dirty disc / cannot read disc (clean CD as needed and try again)
Error 3 Mechanical Malfunction (replace CD player)
Error 4 Cd Player Overcurent (allow Cd player to Cool and try again)
