A Samsung B1215J washing machine, the case is one complete thing and I can't get at the back to stretch the new belt over the pullies?

You should be able to get underneath. Loop the belt round the large drum wheel, and loosen the bolts on the motor. This should allow you to loop the belt around the motor pully. After you do that, putting pressure on the motor, to return it to it's original position, tighten the motors bolts.
