recently had some electrical work done and since then my biasi combination boiler does`nt work ,the standby button keeps on flashing. neither heating or hot water are working.the electrical work i had done was regarding my consumer unit

It could be the polarity, that is the live and neutral could be crossed.
Get an electrician to look at it.
