when i try to sync music to it using windows media player it says it has 61.56 mb in all but with only 8.20 mb free space, when i go to my computer and go to removable disk it has 2 files that cant be removed. when i try to delete them the computer says "Cannot Read File: Cannot read from the source file or disk." and now i have no room on the player from them and i cant figure out how to delete them plz help me

Have you tried to format the device? In My Computer, right-click on the device and select format, and start.
