If you want it to look mint again then I'm afraid professional help is the only option - You can try to do it yourself but matching the colour is an acquired skill. Many people try and fail and it can look worse than it did before starting.
For a small spill & depending where you are, you can get a Leather Repairer out to sort it for around £65 - £75.
