you need to remove the staff bead cut sash cord remove front sash.remove parting bead cut coard remove back sash.at boath sids of frame thare is pockets open them up you will find sash weights rethread new cord throw pully wheel at top of fram an fix to sash weight inside box and to sash the outher end.
