our maker will not properly pump the hot water up and into the basket. makes a lot of steam and just dribbles water to the outlet on top. (we have cleaned with vinegar quite often). i found a few grounds in the hoses and have removed them. what should i try next? it is a brewmaster 12 cup, cuisinart. do the pumps go bad on these, or is it likely a need for more cleaning?
