seal for fill unit?

i have a cistern with a fill unit that i can not find a makers name anywhere, it is a posh bit of kit that fills through the centre and relies on vacum pulling the seal to stop the flow of water, it looks like a torbeck diaphram seal but more flexible

Probably a Delchem one, but why not fit a Torbeck instead? More reliable, quieter and cheap!
