My washer will fill, drain and spin but will NOT agitate. It sounds like the gears are stripped. It is not a belt driven model.

contact Sears parts store for "washer dogs" that fit your machine. Very inexpensive and very easy to replace. Just ask for "washer dogs" and the schematic on how to install.

This was a very simple fix. Cheap too! It was the agitator dogs, part number 80040. Took 5 minutes to complete the task once I gathered all the tools. Just wanted to let everyone know I solved my problem and answered my question as well as saved myself over $200 that Sears was going to charge me to come fix it!
