i have tried without success to replace a new belt on the above mentioned washing machine HELP

put the belt around the motor shaft and then put the belt around the pulley.when it goes tight on the pulley,hold the belt tight on the pulley and rotate the pulley and belt together and eventually belt will be on.will be hard to turn last bit on but it will go trust me
