I'm sending this in for a freind. She bought a high end Xerox shredder and a couple of weeks ago she shredded paper for 3 straight hours. She was finished and didn't touch the shredder until this past weekend. She said the power light goes on but the shredder doesn't work, forward or reverse? I think its the motor, if so is it worth it to replace the motor?
