My machines not working right. It want spin the water out I have used the stop/change program tried the fast spin program and the slow spin but the machine just turns a few times then stops without spinning. Then I tried the hand wash program but that let more water in to the drum and still wouldnt spin. I cant open the door to get my clothes out becauce the drum is full of water. Can someone pls help

right first unplug machine. get hold of the grey outlet hose thats the one the the water goes through at the back of the machine drop it into a shallow container to drain.this will be several containers full machine.you should now be able to open door and remove your clothes.the problem then is a fault with your pump. may be a filter blocked or tub to pump blocked or something stuck in the pump good luck
